Whitehall Estates offers a range of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom floor plans. The availability changes frequently, so it's best to check the Floor Plans page on our website or give us a call for the latest listings.

Whitehall Estates is located at 2400 Whitehall Estates Dr in the heart Olde Whitehall neighborhood.

Olde Whitehall offers a blend of natural beauty, convenience to retail and dining and employment hubs, plus access to some of the area’s best recreation destinations.

Yes! Pets are welcome here at our apartment community. Although restrictions apply, we happily welcome both dogs and cats!

When you’re applying, we’ll walk you through all the details about our pet policies, any fees, and extra pet rent. Plus, our leasing team can point you to great local pet-friendly spots, city parks, and off-leash areas around the community. Feel free to ask us anything about living here with your furry friends.

PET POLICY


We welcome up to two pets per apartment home.

  • Pet Fee: $300 non-refundable for one pet, or $500 for two pets

  • Pet Rent: $25/month for one pet, or $45/month for two pets

  • Pet Deposit: None

Our pet-friendly community is happy to accommodate most breeds of dogs and cats. However, for the safety and comfort of all residents, we are unable to allow certain dog breeds, including those that may resemble or are mixed with the following:
Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bulldog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier (or Bull Staffordshire Terrier), Basenji, Bullmastiff, Bull Terrier, Cane Corso, Chow, Chinese Shar-Pei, Doberman Pinscher, Elkhound, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Mastiff, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, St. Bernard, and all Wolf breeds.

Our application process is straightforward. You can apply online through our secure applicant portal. We'll need some basic information, like rental history and income verification. Please note that an application fee (non-refundable) per resident may apply.

Our community uses AI-driven fraud detection software, enabling us to quickly pinpoint any tampered or modified bank statements, pay stubs, and documents with over 99% accuracy. Your safety is our priority!

Our team will guide you through the application process and keep you informed at every step. Please note that our community does not accept reusable tenant screening reports and is not approved for the Housing Choice Voucher Program (HCV) at this time.

Yes. Whitehall Estates requires all residents to maintain renter’s insurance throughout the duration of your lease, including renewals, with minimum liability coverage of at least $300,000. All adults over the age of 18 must be on the policy. This helps protect your personal belongings in case of unexpected events. It's an affordable way to ensure peace of mind throughout your lease.

Yes, every home in Whitehall Estates is equipped with an in-home washer and dryer or hookups. For more details, contact our friendly leasing team.

Our community is proud to offer residents fast, reliable internet with speeds up to 1 Gig through Spectrum Internet® as part of our resident service package. Enjoy a flat monthly internet fee with no taxes or surcharges, conveniently paid through your RentCafe Resident Portal. If you’d like to upgrade your service, you’re welcome to do so directly with Spectrum—any additional charges beyond the included package are billed separately. We’re excited to provide this exclusive discount and a streamlined, hassle-free experience to enhance your time at home.

Yes! We have a dedicated, on-site maintenance team committed to keeping your home in great shape. While routine maintenance is handled during regular business hours, emergency maintenance is available 24/7, 365 days a year—so you’re never without support when it matters most.

For non-urgent requests, residents can easily submit a service ticket through our online resident portal or by contacting the leasing office. Our goal is to address all requests as quickly and efficiently as possible, with emergency issues always taking top priority.

Yes. We offer online rent payment options through our secure resident portal. Residents may download the RentCafe Resident App from the App Store or Google Play for easy account access. With the app, you can view your balance, make secure payments, and manage your lease— all from your mobile device.

We also partner with Flex— a monthly subscription service** that helps you pay rent on time, improve cash flow, and build credit history. Each month, Flex splits your rent into two payments— you pay part of your rent up front, and the rest later in the month when it works best for you. Ask our friendly leasing staff about program details and resident eligibility.

**Flex services are offered as a monthly membership with a recurring fee of $14.99, which includes access to a Flex line of credit from Blue Ridge Bank, N.A., Member FDIC or Lead Bank, at 0% APR. An application and approval are required. A bill payment fee of 1% of your total rent is also charged when you pay your rent using Flex (additional card processing fee applies when using a credit card). Membership is subject to credit approval, and individual credit line amounts vary based on eligibility (graphics are illustrative only). Active membership requires timely payments each month and will automatically renew until canceled.
